Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the operations of a provider network, the remote Clinical Operations Manager will manage documentation, quality programs, and recruitment processes for optometrists and ophthalmologists while reporting to the VP of Operations and collaborating with the Medical Director.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the grading playbook, SOPs, onboarding materials, and provider network policy library
• Design and implement a grader quality program, including performance feedback and error rate tracking
• Oversee the recruitment pipeline for graders, ensuring timely sourcing and onboarding processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years managing a network of contracted clinicians
• Experience writing clinical or operational policies that have been signed by physician leaders
• Demonstrated involvement in clinical quality or provider performance programs
• Familiarity with credentialing and multistate clinician licensing is a plus
• Startup experience with a focus on building processes in fast-paced environments is preferred
