Clinical Operations Oversight Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with CSO leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the full-time remote Associate Director, Country & Site Operations FSP Oversight Manager will oversee and develop FSP staff for clinical trial execution, ensuring efficient processes and alignment with performance and quality expectations across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of 20-25 FSP staff to support country and site-level operational objectives
• Lead resource forecasting and budget oversight to optimize resource utilization and meet operational commitments
• Design and implement training programs and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of FSP resources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in clinical research or operations, preferably with both a sponsor company and FSP vendor
• Experience managing resources, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial phases I-IV and drug development processes
• Proven project management capabilities, including risk assessment and vendor oversight
