Clinical Operations Senior Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical team, the full-time Clinical Operations Senior Manager will own the quarterly roadmap, manage operational systems, and partner cross-functionally to scale clinical operations effectively in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Clinical Ops quarterly roadmap, translating company and clinical priorities into actionable plans
• Build and manage the operational escalation playbook for day-to-day operational issues
• Coordinate feature launches and partner with clinic leadership on recruitment and retention of clinical team members

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or a related operational role
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous priorities into clear, actionable plans
• Experience with clinical operations systems, including EHR and data/analytics tools
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally with various teams
• Comfortable managing complexity across multiple states with varying regulations
