Job Summary

To improve medication adherence rates among patients, the remote Clinical Pharmacist - TX, TN, AL, PA Licensed will manage HEDIS quality measures, conduct medication therapy management, and analyze adherence data while ensuring compliance with Medicare quality measures.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HEDIS measures related to medication adherence
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and data analysis tools
