Clinical Pharmacology Associate Director
Job Summary
Providing scientific leadership and strategic input, the full-time Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology will lead clinical pharmacology activities across multiple development programs while analyzing and interpreting PK, PD, and PK/PD data to guide development strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead clinical pharmacology activities across clinical-stage programs
- Analyze and interpret pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data to inform development strategies
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- PhD in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, Pharmacokinetics, or a related discipline
- Industry experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or drug development environments
- Strong understanding of Clinical Pharmacology, PK/PD, ADME, and model-informed drug development principles
- Experience with quantitative analyses to support clinical decision-making
- Familiarity with tools such as NONMEM, Phoenix WinNonlin, R, or similar software packages
