Clinical Placement Manager

Job Summary

Providing operational leadership for clinical education and placement activities, the full-time remote Clinical Placement Manager will oversee Clinical Placement Specialists, manage daily operations, and cultivate partnerships with clinical sites to ensure high-quality learning experiences for students.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical placements, ensuring compliance with program and regulatory standards
• Implement workflows and performance standards while collaborating with academic leadership and clinical partners
• Supervise a team of Clinical Placement Coordinators and manage partnerships with clinical sites to support student success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Education, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in higher education, healthcare, or related clinical/academic operations
• Experience in clinical placement coordination or academic-practice partnerships strongly preferred
• Understanding of pre-licensure and graduate nursing clinical education requirements
• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage operational workflows in a fast-paced environment
