Job Summary
Owning the clinician's experience in a remote full-time capacity, the Clinical Product Builder will design and build tools and workflows that enhance the daily operations of healthcare providers, ensuring seamless integration of clinical systems and improving patient care delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage the clinician's tools and workflows across various systems, including athenaOne
- Develop encounter plans, templates, and clinical content, while overseeing the migration of workflows from Salesforce
- Collaborate closely with clinicians to identify needs and translate them into effective product solutions
Required qualifications
- Clinical training (RN, NP, PA, LCSW) or 3+ years of experience in clinical informatics
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with EHR build, clinical product management, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with clinical data management
- Experience building projects with coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor
- Strong written communication skills for effective remote collaboration
