Job Summary
To support a growing telemedicine platform, the full-time Clinical Product Operations Specialist will manage content in Contentful, own data requests in Amazon QuickSight, and oversee bug triage processes, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and publish patient-facing content in Contentful, ensuring quality and consistency
- Run a centralized intake process for data requests and maintain QuickSight dashboards for reporting
- Collect and triage bug reports, leading weekly reviews and coordinating fixes with the development team
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or analytics, preferably in health tech or healthcare
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with a BI tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience managing content in a headless CMS, ideally Contentful
- Familiarity with EMR workflows, ideally Athena, and experience with bug tracking in Jira
- Ability to write clear documentation, including SOPs and updates for clinical teams
