Clinical Program Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Consultant, Virtual Care Management - VCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, refinement, and scaling of virtual care management programs
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop frameworks for measuring program effectiveness
• Train and mentor management and staff on program protocols and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in virtual care management programs (PCM, CCM, TCM, RPM)
• Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and optimization
• Strong understanding of CMS guidelines, billing requirements, and compliance considerations
• Experience developing workflows, SOPs, and performance metrics
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive operational improvements
