Clinical Program Design Director

Job Summary

Directing the implementation and administration of clinical program pilot research and development, the full-time Clinical Program Design Director will oversee integration of internal operations to ensure compliance with clinical programs required under state contracts and national standards, working remotely within the continental United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CMO and VP of Clinical Programs to design and implement new clinical programs
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align stakeholder expectations with company objectives for clinical programs
• Oversee the creation of policies, procedures, and training materials in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of program development or clinical research experience
• Managed care experience preferred
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
• Experience in overseeing compliance with HEDIS or similar standards
