Clinical Project Director

Job Summary

Leading high-impact programs, the full-time Clinical Project Director will manage project teams, align initiatives with enterprise strategy, and ensure the successful delivery of complex technology projects in a hybrid onsite/remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and stakeholder alignment
• Motivate and guide project teams while managing recruitment and performance to achieve successful project outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting project schedules, scope, and costs while optimizing processes for efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7 years of project management experience, including 5 years in application and/or infrastructure services
• Clinical project management experience preferred, with 3+ years managing direct reports
• Experience with Epic EHR Systems & Ancillary Clinical Systems or similar
• 5+ years of experience implementing technology, data, and/or innovation solutions
