Clinical Project Director

Job Summary

To support the Technology, Data & Innovation (TDI) PMO, the full-time Clinical Project Director will lead complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy while managing project teams and resources in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and guide project teams towards shared goals while overseeing performance and successful delivery of project outcomes
• Lead large-scale programs from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and stakeholder alignment
• Manage resource allocation and financial forecasting, while identifying and mitigating risks impacting project timelines and quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 years of project management experience, including 5 years in application and/or infrastructure services
• Clinical project management experience, preferably with 3+ years managing direct reports
• Experience with Epic EHR Systems & Ancillary Clinical Systems or similar
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional, large-scale programs implemented enterprise-wide
