Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a growing client in the clinical research industry, the fully remote Clinical Project Manager will manage global Phase I-III clinical trials, oversee study budgets, and serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Phase I-III clinical trials from study start-up through closeout, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, driving operational success across global study teams
• Manage study budgets and financial performance, ensuring projects remain within scope and aligned with contractual obligations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered
• 4+ years of clinical trial management experience within a CRO environment
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and experience overseeing Phase I-III studies, preferably large global trials
• Experience participating in bid defenses and supporting business development management activities
• Proven ability to manage financial oversight, study budgets, and project forecasting
