Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing vital clinical projects from initiation through completion, the full-time Clinical Project Manager will join a dynamic remote team, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality standards while serving as the primary point of contact for Pharma and Roche clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple clinical projects, coordinating timelines and executing project plans across CDx Pharma Services
• Identify and mitigate risks, gaps, and bottlenecks to maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery and accurate data reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Healthcare, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with equivalent experience
• Experience in clinical project coordination and/or clinical trial management in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of clinical trials, regulatory, and quality processes
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email software, such as Microsoft Excel and Word
• Relevant certifications in Project Management or Clinical Research are a plus
