Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing clinical study operations remotely, the full-time Clinical Project Manager will oversee project scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating communication between sponsors and project teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Assume primary accountability for assigned clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, identifying success factors for analysis and reporting
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring proactive communication of project-specific information and updates

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life science/healthcare or equivalent education/experience
• Five years of experience in clinical project management within a medical organization, pharmaceutical company, or CRO
• Experience qualifying and managing external vendors
• Proven ability to lead project operational teams through all phases of clinical studies
• Familiarity with writing and reviewing clinical protocols and study reports, as well as the FDA submission process
