Job Summary

Managing clinical trial operations remotely, the Contract Clinical Project Manager will oversee project timelines, budgets, and team dynamics while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and effective communication among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all clinical study operations, including planning, organization, and oversight of project timelines, budgets, and data collection
• Facilitate communication between sponsors, study teams, and other functional groups to ensure project alignment and progress
• Manage and mentor study team members, assessing their training needs and supporting their professional development

Required qualifications

• RN or Bachelor's/advanced degree in biological sciences or related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience managing multifaceted studies from inception to completion
• Proven effectiveness as a team leader in a virtual environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with MS Project and OneNote is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
