Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading clinical study operations, the full-time remote Clinical Project Manager will oversee project timelines, budgets, and team management while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering effective communication among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of clinical study operations, including project planning and oversight of timelines and budgets
• Facilitate communication between sponsors, study teams, and other functional groups to ensure project alignment and progress
• Manage and mentor study team members, assessing training needs and providing professional development support

Required qualifications

• RN or Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in biological sciences or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Prior experience managing multifaceted clinical studies from inception to completion
• Proven effectiveness as a team leader with strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience managing projects in a virtual environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with MS Project and OneNote is a plus
