Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the successful execution of clinical research projects, the remote Project Manager will ensure compliance with study budgets, project scope, and timelines while coordinating tasks among various departments and serving as a primary contact for sponsors and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates tasks and deadlines between different departments involved in the project
• Oversees project coordinators and ensures correct prioritization of site activation activities
• Assists with managing the needs and expectations of sponsors and other project stakeholders

Required qualifications

• B.Sc. in a related field of study to clinical research
• At least 3 years of experience in managing clinical studies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards, FDA and Canadian regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong ability to manage small to medium projects using a disciplined approach to project management
