Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support ambitious personalized health and longevity programs, the full-time Clinical Project Manager will manage end-to-end delivery of clinical and scientific projects, coordinating with various stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of clinical and scientific projects, collaborating with physicians, researchers, and laboratories
• Transform ambiguous initiatives into concrete plans with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies
• Maintain a clear source of truth across various communication platforms to ensure effective decision-making and follow-through

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in project management, clinical research, or healthcare operations
• Strong scientific and clinical literacy, with the ability to understand medical terminology and laboratory testing
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• High agency and comfort operating in ambiguous environments, driving initiatives forward without established playbooks
