Clinical Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Ensuring quality medical and clinical processes, the remote Clinical Quality Analyst will manage quality assurance and clinical audits, collaborate with clinical teams on findings, and support incident analysis and corrective action plans.

Key responsibilities

• Audit assigned medical and clinical records daily and meet established productivity expectations
• Complete monitoring reports that summarize audit results, findings, and trends
• Provide education and feedback based on audit findings and assist in developing cross-company documentation procedures for clinical compliance

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare auditing
• Bachelor's or master's degree in behavioral health or a similar field preferred
• Strong knowledge of state and federal statutes regarding patient confidentiality laws
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission Behavioral Health Standards
• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with clinical teams
