Job Summary
Supporting enterprise-wide quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Clinical Quality Performance Analyst will analyze clinical performance data, develop dashboards, and collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance patient care in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cardiovascular quality initiatives, including MIPS/MVPs and performance reporting
- Analyze provider-level quality performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with physician leaders and quality committees to present analytic findings and support quality initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health informatics, biostatistics, data analytics, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare quality or clinical data analysis
- Deep experience with clinical datasets (EHR, registry, claims data)
- Fluent in SQL and PowerBI, with experience in building dashboards and reports
- Familiarity with healthcare quality programs
