Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

Ensuring the highest standards of case report quality and compliance, the full-time Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator will perform quality assurance reviews, support the Quality Assurance Department, and address client inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
• Verify that all recommendations are supported by current clinical citations and that reports meet professional appearance and content standards
• Assist in resolving client complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance with company policies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience preferred
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims management for workers' compensation, no-fault, liability, or disability
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and HIPAA regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
• LPN/LVN/RN certification may be required based on business needs
