Clinical Quality Assurance Lead
Job Summary
Owning the clinical QA program remotely, the full-time Clinical Quality Assurance Lead (Physician, NP, or PA) will manage day-to-day operations, audit telehealth visits, and implement automation while producing scorecards and insights for clinical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the clinical QA program, including auditing telehealth visits and producing monthly QA scorecards
- Act as the owner and administrator of the Rippit platform, maintaining workflows and generating reports
- Identify and implement automation to enhance efficiency in the QA process
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted MD, DO, NP, or PA license in good standing
- 5+ years of clinical practice experience, including telehealth
- 2+ years in clinical quality work, including chart audits and peer review
- Experience administering a QA or audit platform and building reports
- Working knowledge of preventive and metabolic care practices
