Job Summary
Managing institutional clinical databases and registries, the full-time Clinical Quality Improvement Analyst will focus on data collection, analysis, and quality improvement initiatives while telecommuting during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and abstract patient data for various clinical databases in accordance with inclusion/exclusion criteria
- Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to analyze data and identify opportunities for patient care and process improvement
- Generate and disseminate data reports to relevant stakeholders and participate in quality meetings and conferences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, nursing, or data management
- Experience with clinical databases and data analysis
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and patient safety practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with medical record systems and data entry protocols
