Job Summary
Focused on quality improvement efforts, the full-time Clinical Quality Improvement Analyst will manage institutional clinical databases and registries, ensuring accurate data abstraction, analysis, and reporting while collaborating with clinical teams to enhance patient safety practices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage data collection and reporting for various clinical databases, ensuring accurate patient identification and data entry
- Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to identify opportunities for patient care and process improvement based on data analysis
- Serve as the liaison between the institution and databases, maintaining knowledge of protocols and participating in relevant trainings and conferences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, nursing, or a related discipline
