Job Summary
Leading clinical quality and accreditation readiness, the full-time Clinical Quality Program Manager, State Licensed, will manage clinical audits, co-lead the Quality and Safety Committee, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Co-lead the Quality and Safety Committee, preparing meetings and tracking follow-through on decisions
- Own clinical readiness for Joint Commission accreditation, including policy management and mock audits
- Translate Joint Commission requirements into actionable guidance for clinical managers and care teams
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in clinical quality, compliance, or auditing, with hands-on experience in clinical audits and accreditation preparation
- An active, unrestricted clinical license in good standing (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RN, or licensed psychologist)
- Familiarity with substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health care
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver clear findings
- Strong written communication skills for creating audit findings and policy documents
