Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Clinical Recruiter will manage full-cycle hiring for on-site Registered Nurses, remote longevity clinicians, and corporate roles, working remotely in a contract-to-hire capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own a high-volume req load from intake through signed offer across multiple hiring tracks
- Partner with the HR Manager to align on role requirements and coordinate interview processes
- Build and maintain pipelines for local and remote clinical talent, ensuring timely hiring for new openings
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, primarily in clinical or healthcare provider hiring
- Proven experience in high-volume on-site RN hiring across multiple markets
- Knowledge of nursing licensure and credentialing, including multi-state licensing
- Experience sourcing passive clinical candidates through various outreach methods
- Proficiency with at least one ATS, preferably Lever
