Clinical Recruiter - Anesthesia

Job Summary

Identifying qualified candidates for healthcare positions, the full-time Clinical Recruiter - Anesthesia will perform full-cycle recruitment, utilizing various sourcing methods to attract anesthesia professionals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for entry-level clinical positions in anesthesia
• Negotiate contract terms with candidates and clients, ensuring alignment with expectations
• Coordinate interviews and assist candidates through the onboarding process

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Previous experience in clinical recruiting, preferably in the anesthesia specialty
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
