Clinical Recruiter for Anesthesia

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Anesthesia specialty, the full-time remote Clinical Recruiter for Anesthesia will source and screen physician candidates, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and provide consultative services to practices while ensuring alignment with organizational values.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage physician candidates through various channels, including cold calling and referrals
• Screen candidates for fit with organizational values and oversee the referencing process
• Coordinate on-site interview logistics and manage candidate contract negotiations effectively

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in physician recruiting or equivalent healthcare sales experience, with at least 1 year in Anesthesia recruiting
• Proven track record of successfully filling searches and closing deals
• Ability to foster and maintain respectful relationships with physicians
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a heavy workload under deadlines
