Clinical Recruiter for Physicians

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual primary care practice, the full-time Clinical Recruiter for Physicians will drive physician hiring through full-cycle recruiting, focusing on sourcing and managing multiple requisitions remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through outreach, job boards, referrals, and creative channels to build robust physician pipelines
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for physician roles, from intake through offer acceptance
• Conduct high-volume phone screens to assess candidate fit and qualifications efficiently

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience, specifically in physician recruiting
• Experience in telehealth or virtual care recruiting is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines proactively
• Comfort with high call volumes and fast-paced environments
• Experience with Ashby is a plus
