Job Summary

Leading full-cycle recruitment for Registered Dietitians, the full-time Clinical Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates in a remote environment while also providing backup support for other clinical specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Registered Dietitians, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Develop and maintain a deep talent pipeline for current and future RD needs, including specialty areas
• Collaborate with clinical hiring leaders to align recruitment efforts with organizational priorities and state-level coverage needs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical recruitment experience, specifically with Registered Dietitians and licensed healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in Ashby as an applicant tracking system, including pipeline management and reporting
• Experience with telehealth recruitment and understanding of remote clinical workflows
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
• Expert sourcing skills to engage top clinical talent beyond traditional job boards
