Clinical Recruiter (RN Licensed)

Job Summary

Leading the hiring efforts for the Case Management division, the full-time remote Clinical Recruiter (RN Licensed) will manage full-cycle recruiting for nurse case managers and other clinical professionals, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience through proactive sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for case management roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Proactively source RNs and case managers through various channels, including job boards and professional networks
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' case management experience, licensure, and cultural fit

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for RNs, case managers, or other licensed clinical professionals (required)
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and clinical job boards (required)
• Knowledge of nursing licensure and common case management certifications (bonus)
• Organized with the ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions (required)
