Clinical Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the full-time Clinical Recruiting Manager will own the recruitment process for physicians, APPs, and other clinical team members, while restructuring and scaling the recruiting function in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and redesign the clinical recruiting process for scalability, partnering with Operations and Clinical Leadership to align hiring with patient demand
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles, build talent pipelines, and develop a compelling employer brand to attract top talent
• Hire, coach, and develop a small team of recruiters, creating a high-performing culture and ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in hiring physicians and APPs, with a preference for experience in behavioral health, pediatrics, or telehealth
• Proven ability to design and implement effective recruiting processes and strategies
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform recruitment decisions and improve processes
• Experience in building and leading a team, with a focus on coaching and development
• Understanding of clinical licensure and compliance requirements relevant to virtual care
