Clinical Research Associate II

Job Summary

To advance clinical research initiatives, the full-time Clinical Research Associate II will manage site engagements, ensure compliance with trial protocols, and enhance data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites, providing guidance on clinical trials and strengthening partnerships
• Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities to ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory standards
• Utilize site engagement strategies and tools to enhance recruitment and retention efforts for clinical trials

Required qualifications

• Appropriate tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical research monitoring
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines, and therapeutic area indications
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in leveraging technology and tools for effective site support and engagement
