Clinical Research Associate II

Job Summary

To advance clinical research excellence, the full-time Clinical Research Associate II will manage site engagements, ensure compliance with trial protocols, and drive improvements in data integrity and study performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigative sites, providing contextual information on clinical trials and fostering strong partnerships
• Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Develop and implement site engagement strategies, utilizing insights and tools to enhance recruitment and retention efforts

Required qualifications

• Appropriate tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical research monitoring
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines, and applicable policies
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Proficiency in leveraging technology and tools to support site engagement and performance
