Job Summary
To support the Oncology Clinical Research Services team, the full-time remote Clinical Research Budget Analyst will manage the development and maintenance of clinical trial budgets, ensuring financial compliance and proper coverage for clinical trial procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and analysis of comprehensive clinical trial budgets, ensuring alignment with protocol requirements and institutional standards
- Conduct detailed coverage analyses in accordance with Medicare and commercial payer requirements to distinguish study-related costs from routine care
- Collaborate with investigators and finance teams to negotiate clinical trial budgets and communicate coverage analysis determinations to research teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
- 3 years of experience in clinical trials
- 1 year of experience in Medicare coverage determination preferred
- Knowledge of clinical research protocol and budgeting
- Clinical Research Professional Certification or related certification is a plus
