Clinical Research Budgeting Analyst

Job Summary

To support the management of clinical trial budgets, the full-time Clinical Research Budgeting Analyst will prepare and maintain budgets for sponsored clinical trials, review study start-up documents, and work remotely with various teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain budgets for clinical trials, including cost analysis and milestone setup
• Collaborate with contract analysts and clinical teams to integrate budget information into agreements and billing structures
• Monitor compliance of clinical expenses against budgets and maintain records of expenses and payments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related experience
• 6 years of direct experience in budget development, preferably in a clinical trial or medical setting
