Clinical Research Budgeting Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of budgets for sponsored clinical trials, the full-time Clinical Research Budgeting Analyst will work remotely to manage budget development, conduct cost analysis, and ensure compliance with study protocols while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain clinical trial budgets, including comparative reviews against sponsor budgets and setup of payment milestones
• Communicate with contract analysts to integrate budget information into clinical trial agreements and participate in contract negotiations
• Monitor compliance of clinical expenses against budgets and maintain records of expenses and payments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related experience
• 6 years of direct experience in budget development, preferably in a clinical trial or medical setting
