Clinical Research Grants Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a major statewide clinical research initiative, the full-time remote Clinical Research Grants Project Manager will manage the overall grant project plan, coordinate pre-award proposal activities, and track deliverables while ensuring collaboration among various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall grant project plan, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate pre-award proposal development and submission activities across multiple departments and organizations
• Support post-award implementation, including budget management, financial monitoring, and compliance with sponsor requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, healthcare administration, business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, grants administration, or project management
• Experience managing complex pre- and post-award grants, preferably within an academic medical center or healthcare system
• Strong understanding of the full state and federal grant lifecycle, including compliance and reporting
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a matrixed environment
