Job Summary
To support enrollment for active clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Research Patient Recruiter will make high-volume outbound calls to potential study participants, conduct initial screenings, and schedule qualified candidates for research visits in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential study participants
- Conduct initial eligibility screenings using established guidelines
- Document outreach activity accurately and collaborate with the research team
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in patient recruiting required
- Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday
- Reliable home setup for remote work and ability to travel to Chicago for initial training
- Interest in clinical research, healthcare, psychology, neuroscience, or behavioral health is a plus
