Clinical Research Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the Office of Clinical Research, the full-time remote Clinical Research Program Manager will manage clinical research metrics, reporting, analytics, and data visualization, utilizing tools such as Power BI and OnCore to enhance operational performance and decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance research dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support operational objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and improve data collection and analytics processes
- Serve as a backup resource for the OnCore support team, assisting with user support, troubleshooting, and system optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Health Informatics, or Clinical Research
- Two years of relevant experience in clinical research, healthcare analytics, or research systems support
- Experience with Power BI and other reporting tools for data visualization
- Knowledge of clinical research operations and financial management processes
- Familiarity with OnCore Clinical Trial Management System or similar research systems
