Job Summary

Assisting with the recruitment of potential subjects for clinical studies, the remote Clinical Research Patient Recruiter will conduct pre-screening, make outbound calls, and network with patients while ensuring compliance with study protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews study protocols and conducts pre-screening of patient records for study placement
• Conducts recruitment calls, answers patient inquiries, and schedules research appointments
• Updates potential subject information in the database and tracks trends in patient participation

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of clinical research patient recruitment experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms for recruitment
• Fluent in English; Spanish-speaking capabilities preferred
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva is a plus
