Clinical Research Study Build Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical research network, the full-time Clinical Research Study Build Specialist will create and maintain financial study builds in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), manage requests for new builds, and collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure timely completion in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete high-quality clinical study builds in the CTMS according to study protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing and budget align with clinical trial requirements
• Enforce a Quality Control process to maintain the integrity of study builds and maximize cash flow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, sciences, or related field preferred (associate degree required)
• 2+ years of clinical research industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with entering study budget elements and financials into a CTMS system
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and electronic health records
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
