Job Summary

Seeking a remote full-time Study Design Lead, the candidate will interpret sponsor protocol requirements to create precise study-specific database designs, engage with clients throughout study phases, and manage a diverse portfolio of global and local studies within Central Labs Services.

Key responsibilities

• Translate sponsor protocol requirements into accurate database designs for CLS projects
• Consult on study design decisions and collaborate with the Global Study Manager to assess risks and budget implications
• Document client requirements and ensure they are addressed throughout the study design process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 7 or more years of professional experience in clinical or preclinical research
• 1 or more years of experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
