To support home health services, the part-time Clinical Reviewer (RN/PT/OT) will manage clinical staff oversight, ensure accurate documentation and coding, and develop educational initiatives to enhance care quality in a remote setting.

- Direct clinical staff through oversight of coding, care plan effectiveness, and patient care provision
- Examine documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring timely OASIS submissions
- Develop and implement educational initiatives to improve documentation quality based on identified trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or a related area required
- Associate's degree in nursing required
- Two years of clinical experience, preferably in a home health setting
- OASIS certification and coding certification recommended
- Current license (RN/PT/OT) required
