Clinical Rotations Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing educational initiative, the full-time Clinical Rotations Coordinator will manage student placements, coordinate with preceptors, and ensure documentation is completed while working in a hybrid environment based in Arlington, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate student placements and preceptor availability, tracking metrics related to rotations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve the rotation experience and evaluate operational metrics
• Establish and maintain partnerships with unit leaders, preceptors, and external student placement coordinators

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in nursing, business, education, or related field preferred
• 2 years of experience in education, program coordination, or related fields required
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Experience with managing digital records and navigating multiple software systems preferred
