Job Summary
To support a growing field-based clinical workforce, the remote Clinical Field Scheduling & Logistics Specialist will manage clinician schedules, coordinate logistics across New Jersey, and optimize routes to ensure timely patient care and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage clinician schedules, profiles, and availability in CareLink
- Coordinate daily assignments and logistics for Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants
- Identify and resolve scheduling errors and coverage gaps while responding to real-time scheduling needs
Required qualifications
- Experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, or healthcare operations
- Extensive knowledge of New Jersey geography and travel patterns
- Proficiency in using AI or automation tools to enhance business workflows
- Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CareLink, healthcare scheduling, Google Workspace, or Excel is preferred
