Clinical Services Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing low- to medium-complexity clinical testing and laboratory services projects, the full-time Clinical Services Project Manager will oversee project timelines, coordinate cross-functional activities, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinical testing and laboratory services projects from initiation through completion
• Establish project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate activities across teams
• Oversee sample process flow and ensure accurate result reporting while communicating project updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of project management and/or clinical trial management experience
• Experience in a regulated environment such as CRO, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or clinical laboratories
• Familiarity with clinical trials, quality/regulatory processes, and sample process flow
• Master's degree and Project Management/Clinical Research certifications preferred
