Clinical Site Engagement Manager
Job Summary
To enhance clinical trial success, the full-time remote Manager of Site Strategy and Engagement will build and maintain relationships with clinical research sites, ensuring effective site engagement and performance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clinical research sites, ensuring they are equipped to optimize the use of the portal
- Provide guidance to sites and operations teams to drive ongoing strategy and utilization of services
- Monitor site utilization and proactively address any issues to maintain effective portal use during trials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, focusing on site management or engagement
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written) is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
