Clinical Site Engagement Manager
Job Summary
To enhance site engagement and performance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle, the full-time remote Manager of Site Strategy and Engagement will build and maintain relationships with clinical research sites, provide guidance for portal utilization, and monitor site performance.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clinical research sites, ensuring they are equipped to optimize portal use
- Provide direction and support to sites and operations teams to drive continued portal utilization
- Monitor site utilization during trials and proactively address any issues or concerns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, focusing on site management or engagement
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written) is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
